We believe that education should be accessible to everyone, which is why we offer CNA courses with a TUITION FREE OPTION. Our programs are open to all eligible applicants, regardless of their financial situation.

Nicole Vandecamp

Director

MSN-ED, CNL, RN, BSN, BCHE, CRRT-C, CCM, CRRN, IPIC-C, DSD-C

Nicole Vandecamp MSN, RN started her nursing career in a humble yet rewarding way, she was washing dishes as a dietary aid in 2005 in a nursing home in rural Louisiana, she quickly became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a program there that the facility offered, she was 16 years old. Nicole then pursued her LPN (LVN), in New York State at 18 years old, later becoming a Registered Nurse and obtaining a dual master's degree in nursing education and leadership. Nicole also holds a bachelor's degree in chemical science engineering. Nicole has a proven track record of success in the Long-Term Care & Nursing Education Industry, as well as a history of ICU, Emergency, Dialysis, and Medical Surgical Nursing. Nicole is a decorated RN with a daisy award, along with a leadership award from the Who's-Who of nursing from the American Nurses Association for her outstanding leadership she brought to connecting inner city patients with health programs which reflected equity among patients to meet their needs. Nicole was honored for her work she performed in the Covid-19 Pandemic as a crisis response nurse in New York City with a lifetime career award within New York State Health and Hospitals Systems. Nicole is a contributing writer to nursing literature and is on the NCLEX PN/RN Review panel. Nicole is often volunteering and working with the public to promote education as a way to end poverty in America. Nicole is respected and often sought after for her unique ability to build and sustain programs such as All In One School of Nursing.

Hans Christian Sison

Instructor

Hans Christian Sison is a Gulf War Veteran who served our country with honor. He is a Licensed Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Lyceum Northwestern University. He was publicly elected for a 4-year term (2014-2018) as a Board of Trustee at Palomar Health District and Chairman of the Board for the Palomar Development Corporation for 4 years. He was also a public appointee (2019-2022) as Commissioner for the Personnel Commission at Poway Unified School District.

He has been a Nurse for 30 years and worked in wide variety of medical units, including Acute Care, Rehabilitative Care, Subacute Unit, Pediatric Care and Psychiatric Care. He worked at Sharp Coronado, Carmel Mountain and Rehabilitation Center, Palomar Health and has a history of collaborating to create programs like All In One School of Nursing.

Mary Pearson, LVN

Instructor

Teaching is a gift! I get the opportunity to participate in the changes in many different people's lives in such a positive way. I get to make a difference. I enjoy being part of the growth and success in others. Educating others brings me so much joy. I am thankful to be able to interact and motivate students from all walks of life. What a blessing it is to help others. I am guided by my faith and am so thankful to share the gift of education with others. 

Leilani Cortez

Instructor

Leilani Cortez LVN had always aspired to become a nurse, In 2012, her dream became a reality. With hard work and dedication she graduated at the top of her class. She has worked in multiple fields of nursing including memory care, skilled nursing, and hospice, finally finding her fit in becoming an CNA instructor. Along her journey she has inspired many to follow their passion in healthcare. She has a passion for helping others and encouraging growth. She states, “My students inspire me too.”
